    Prestige Custom Homes was founded in 1993 by Andy Hempel, who received his Graduate Master Builder designation from the National Association of Homebuilders in 2009.  Prior to founding Prestige Custom Homes, Andy spent more than 20 years working in numerous aspects of the construction industry.  Most notably, he provided contract pricing for one of the largest custom home builders in Central Texas.
