January 2012: Prestige rebuilds new home detroyed by Bastrop wildfire
Foundation work begins this month for a new home being rebuilt after the fire at 122 Brahman Ct. for Charles and Debra Royal. Nestled in the surviving tall pines, this home with tall ceilings and a spacious outdoor covered living area will be enjoyed for many years to come.

October 2011: Prestige Custom Homes begins Building 15 at the Hillside Condos
This 2 unit building will be available to move in February 2012.
September 2011: The new model home for the Hillside Condos is under way
Building 10, Hillside begins this month and is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. It is a stand alone unit with an awesome hill country and town view.
August 2011: Building 2 Hillside Condos Completed
This month the first 4 unit building constructed by Prestige Custom Homes at the Hillside Condos on 2222 was completed and ready for its owners to enjoy the Hill Country and downtown vistas.
