Foundation work begins this month for a new home being rebuilt after the fire at 122 Brahman Ct. for Charles and Debra Royal. Nestled in the surviving tall pines, this home with tall ceilings and a spacious outdoor covered living area will be enjoyed for many years to come.

Homes by Prestige completed a fantastic (and complicated) remodel on our Westlake home about six months ago - with incredible results. We added rooms on the second level, built a two level guest house and office in the back of our property, and conducted significant outdoor development work (e.g., IPE wrap around deck, patio, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace and beyond). Andy Hempel's attention to detail, knowledge of the project and management day to day was beyond our expectations. On site almost daily, Andy helped us understand every facet of our home resulting in an upgrade to the entire property, including the home's efficiency, beauty,\ and "usability" for a family of five. Further, the permitting process was long and complex, but Prestige (i.e., Andy himself) attended every City Council meeting and worked directly with the Architect and the City to acquire all permits for the build. We could go on, but I'll express the success of this significant effort in this way: We lived in the house during this work (with our three young kiddos), and Prestige not only got us through, but to this day we are extremely pleased with the results and trust Andy and Prestige completely.
